Abstract: Abstract Public rental housing is an important governmental live hood project. Within three years, the Chongqing municipal government proposed building 40 million square meters of public rental housing to solve housing problem of 2 million people. As many problems of unsustainability that has happened in the long-term large-scale construction, including gradually-slow renting progress, the shortage of funds, the facilities of public rental housing community are backwards, the sites are selected on the edge of city, this paper analyzed the situation of Chongqing public rental housing from the perspective of sustainable public rental housing supply, put forward the sustainable supply model that is suitable for Chongqing, and then Calculate their proportionate.
