Abstract: Abstract As already mentioned in the preface, this book builds up on its predecessor, “The Universe of Conics—From the ancient Greeks to 21st century developments” (Springer Spektrum, Heidelberg, 2016). There, the authors showed the substantial role of conics (conic sections) in many sciences as well as in the whole universe.
