Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird ein kompakter Überblick und eine einführende Darstellung des Begriffes Predictive Intelligence gegeben. Es wird beschrieben, wie Predictive Intelligence in einer Organisation schrittweise etabliert werden kann. Um die jeweilige Ausgangssituation in einer Organisation analysieren zu können, wird das Reifegradmodell zu Predictive Intelligence ebenso wie das Analyseinstrument beschrieben. Am Ende des Abschnittes werden in kompakter Form die Vorteile von Predictive Intelligence (PI) und vor allem auch die nachhaltigen Effekte diskutiert.
