Dazu ist zunächst eine gute Planung nötig. Im Fall des Risikoeintritts bedarf es manchmal dann auch der Eskalation. Aber was heißt Eskalieren im Projektmanagement und wann ist eine Eskalation angebracht? An wen eskaliere ich?
