Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ein Grundgedanke der Agilität ist sinngemäß: „Fertig gibt’s nicht.“ Dementsprechend sind weder das System bei komm.passion noch das 3A-Modell der Heilige Gral der Unternehmensorganisation. Aber sie sind ein entscheidender Brückenschlag zur Verbindung der „alten und neuen Welt“ von Unternehmensorganisation. Dieser Brückenschlag kann in Zukunft wohlmögliche Basis für weitere Modelle und Systeme werden, die weit mehr sind als „agil“.
