Abstract: Zusammenfassung Bei der Frage, welches Recht auf internationale IT-Beschaffungen anzuwenden ist und ob das durch Rechtswahl geändert werden kann und sollte, ist zu unterscheiden zwischen dem Vertragsrecht und dem Urheberrecht (weitgehend ausgenommen das Urhebervertragsrecht, das aber zum größten Teil zum Vertragsrecht gehört).
