Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Ablauf einer Mediation ist in fünf Schritte gegliedert, die logisch aufeinander folgen und einen sehr nützlichen Orientierungsrahmen für den Prozess bilden. Ich beschreibe in diesem Kapitel worauf dabei zu achten ist und gehe dabei auch auf die Kommunikationsachsen bzw. die notwendige Steuerungsintensität durch die Mediatorin bzw. das Mediationsteam ein.
