Professionelle Anleger und auch die Presse honorieren Demut erst auf den zweiten Blick. Allerdings sehnen sich Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte danach. Sie sehen Demut als Voraussetzung, um mit den Umbrüchen, Krisen und Chancen der heutigen Zeit umzugehen.
