Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Kap. 4 haben wir die Grundlagen der Motivation kennengelernt und damit ein allgemeines Verständnis rund um die Motivation erreicht. Die wichtigste Erkenntnis war, dass Motive in Situationen wurzeln, die anhand von individuellen Dispositionen bewertet werden. Im folgenden Kapitel wollen wir die Ursprünge der Motivation näher beleuchten, ebenso wie die individuelle Lerngeschichte von Menschen. Dabei werden wir noch tiefer in die beiden zentralen Begriffe der Disposition und Situation eindringen.
