Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden konkrete rechtliche Fragen im Zusammenhang mit IT-Verträgen behandelt. Dabei geht es hauptsächlich um Themen und Fragestellungen, die bei der Überlassung von Standardsoftware sowie bei der Entwicklung von Individualsoftware regelmäßig in der Praxis von hoher Bedeutung sind.
