Abstract:
Abstract The following chapter presents two current case studies on change management, which were researched on the basis of guided interviews. The aim of the case studies is to make the challenges of change transparent by means of practical examples and to show practical solutions for these challenges in accordance with the success factors of change management in the context of corporate succession (Lauer, 2021). The two case studies presented here address both the case of external and family-internal business succession.
