Chapter Chapter 1 in Tools of Effective Compliance, 2023, pp 1-4 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The title “Tools of Effective Compliance” implies an accusation and a promise. The accusation is based on the relevance and justification of this book, which is intended to contribute to the improvement of compliance effectiveness. If a high, perhaps optimal, degree of effectiveness had already been achieved, reading would hardly contribute to further improvements. That everything can be done better in principle is as true as it is trivial. Possible, individual improvements, changing individual variables are always necessary in a dynamic company.
