Abstract: Abstract This chapter deals with the lowest level of hierarchy in the company, the employees, who do not lead, do not organize or coordinate, but simply execute. The employees with the direct contact to customers and suppliers. Whether it is about providing information, preparing for travel or booking documents, to a certain extent the employees mentioned are involved in the processes.
