Chapter Chapter 15 in Tools of Effective Compliance, 2023, pp 159-166 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Compliance is not a cuddling event, the CO is not a “colleague understander”. Despite all the efforts of compliance, not all employees, not all external partners will comply with the compliance requirements. At this point, the various reasons for this are not in the foreground, but the possibility of reducing the risk of compliance violations through controls and audits, but also to obtain and document the current status.
