Thomas Schneider ()
Chapter Chapter 16 in Tools of Effective Compliance, 2023, pp 167-176 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract To simply comply with the requirement to hold training courses because they are demanded as part of an effective compliance from many sides cannot meet one’s own standards. Lively training of committed COs is of great importance in order to convince the employees not only to listen to the executions passively, but to actively contribute to compliance.
