Chapter Chapter 20 in Tools of Effective Compliance, 2023, pp 209-217 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The topic dealt with in this chapter will not play a role in a publication on controlling or purchasing, personnel or sales. However, the importance of these functions for corporate success is no greater or less than that of compliance. Nevertheless, it can be said that the topic presented here is of greater relevance to compliance than to the functions listed. However, that compliance requires more external examination, consultation or support than other corporate functions can hardly be justified.
