Chapter Chapter 22 in Tools of Effective Compliance, 2023, pp 227-234 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Basically, the purpose of this book is to avoid a violation that can still occur, and will occur if the term “expectation gap” is not dismissed laconically. Compliance therefore critically reviews its previous actions. This review does not automatically lead to a mea culpa, if the responsibility for a violation lies outside compliance, this situation will be addressed clearly.
