Abstract: Abstract In Chaps. 2 , 3 and 4 the playing field of compliance was restricted and the basic rules were developed. With increasing concretization, it is now about playing compliance, making the right decisions. This affects both the decisions that a CO makes on a daily basis and the implementation of the proposals in this book. “Eternal” wisdom only conveys narrow-minded fanatics, so the further suggestions should be checked, the basic acceptance and the concrete implementation should be decided. To the first, the Chaps. 2 , 3 and 4 gave suggestions, the latter developed the solutions in this chapter.
