The Inner Circle
Thomas Schneider ()
Chapter Chapter 9 in Tools of Effective Compliance, 2023, pp 91-106 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Before a CO deals with the inner circle of the company, there is a need to deal with the company as a whole. The first prerequisite that it “fits” for the CO, this affirms the corporate culture, was already mentioned in Chap. 2. This culture sets the framework within which the employees move. The belonging to the inner circle makes it possible for the compliance officer in particular to pick up weak signals early and to react to them at an early stage, not to check facts retrospectively, but to shape them from the outset.
