Abstract:
Abstract HYPERID, abbreviated from ’Hyper Inter-Methodological Delivery”, is a methodology for the planning and implementation of all types of projects and product developments, especially the most challenging of them, the so-called fixed price/time projects, also known as “Fixed Time/Fixed Price”, hereafter abbreviated to FTFP, regardless of whether they are usually carried out agilely or sequentially.
