Abstract:
Abstract For customer projects, the cooperation between the parties is usually regulated by a contract. Project contracts are intended to set out the agreements reached between the client (customer) and contractor on the scope of supplies and services, deadlines, and payment arrangements. Contract management (CM) is a PM support function; see Fig. 5.4.
