Abstract: Abstract Today more than ever, companies find themselves in global competition. In order to survive, competitiveness must be maintained and, if possible, increased. This includes the development and marketing of new market-driven products. Project offerings are an effective instrument for achieving this. Acquisition and proposal management (APM) is a PM support function; see Fig. 5.4.
