Chapter 20 in Project Management, 2024, pp 641-673 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract More and more projects in the 21st century are being carried out in a global environment. This has to do with the globalization of markets and the worldwide cooperation of authorities and companies. One corollary is the rise of global procurement and project cooperation. International project partners must therefore move closer together and share their different experiences in the interest of efficient project execution. This requires understanding each other and open communication.
