Chapter 23 in Project Management, 2024, pp 743-773 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The realization of a complex plant project requires the use of effective and proven management procedures. This chapter describes a management concept for the execution of a major plant project, for example, a power plant, which has been drawn up on the basis of management methods and procedures for major projects which have been tried and tested in practice. Emphasis is provided to particularly important project management methods applicable for plant projects.
