Project Management Training Proposal

Bernd-J. Madauss

Chapter 26 in Project Management, 2024, pp 813-836 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The efficiency of project management is mainly dependent on two aspects: the availability of existing methods and tools and the qualifications of project personnel. The available methods of Project Management and tools are generally fully developed and have been described in the previous chapters of this book. The required qualifications can be gained through both training and/or on the job experience. The best approach, however, is when future project team members (Project Manager and Team) are fully trained before making their way into the project world.
