Chapter 5 in Project Management, 2024, pp 127-182 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The success of a project depends to a large extent on the organizational measures undertaken. These include the organizational structure, staffing, and the mandate of the project management. The following principle must be observed: The project manager is responsible for project implementation and execution but must be given appropriate authority. This also applies to cooperative projects in the homeland and abroad.
