Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel möchte ich gerne mit dir mein Verständnis von Führung teilen und ein paar Impulse dazu geben. Du erfährst, warum Führung immer mit dir selbst zu tun hat und wie du dein Selbstbild und Selbstverständnis stärken kannst. Die Auswirkung davon auf deine Rolle als Führungskraft wird offensichtlich. Ich lade dazu ein, Führung mit dem Fokus auf das Menschsein zu betrachten. Auch beschreibe ich, wie erfolgreiche Kommunikation uns handlungs- und arbeitsfähig macht.
