Chapter Chapter 3 in The Project Management Office, 2024, pp 21-32 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Ordering criteria such as size, duration, organizational integration, and functions can provide guidance in classifying a considered or in designing a new PMO. The type of projects usually carried out in the company can also provide additional orientation. The combination of such ordering criteria is particularly interesting. In Chap. 3, some of these criteria are presented.
