Chapter Chapter 7 in The Project Management Office, 2024, pp 109-112 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A PMO cannot be successful on its own, it always requires collaboration with the affected stakeholders. Chapter 7 describes why happy project managers are particularly important for the long-term success of a PMO. But the management level of an organization is also a very essential stakeholder for a successful PMO.
