Abstract: Zusammenfassung Was macht gute Führung aus? Trotz unzähliger Führungskonzepte bleibt die Antwort oft unklar. Häufig liegt der Fokus darauf, wie andere geführt werden – doch entscheidend ist, ob die Führungsperson sich selbst wirksam führen kann. Das Fundament wirksamer Führung ist ein stabiles Menschenbild: Der Mensch wird nicht als Ressource, sondern als sinnorientiertes Wesen betrachtet. Das Buch setzt genau hier an und zeigt, dass Führung nur dann tragfähig ist, wenn sie auf Sinn und Werten basiert – eine „Führung auf festem Grund“.
