Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 4 provides insights into the governance of the family business edding AG. We meet Julia Marie Ledermann, a shareholder of the German stationery manufacturer and publicly listed company. Together, we delve into the topic of sustainability, one of the greatest areas of tension in which companies are currently operating: “How do we create a livable future AND strengthen our economic power?” asks the chairwoman of the advisory board of edding AG.
