Abstract: Zusammenfassung Andere zu führen setzt voraus, sich selbst führen zu können. Das ist keine bahnbrechende Neuigkeit. Man hört und liest es überall dort, wo man sich mit Führung auseinandersetzt. Allerdings gibt es sehr viel Spielraum zwischen «Wissen» und «Tun». Wie man den Ansprüchen an Selbstführung letztlich Rechnung trägt, hat sehr individuelle Züge.
