Chapter 12 in Solving Complex Decision Problems, 2025, pp 111-127 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter deals with collective decisions. The explanations begin with a description of collective decisions and statements on their significance. The special characteristics of collective decisions are then described. These include different goals and situation assessments by the various group members and a different decision-making behavior of groups compared to individuals. The chapter concludes with a presentation of different rules for making collective decisions.
