Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel teile ich praxisnahe Strategien für Selbstorganisation, Kommunikation und Führung im Umgang mit Neurodivergenz. Ich beschreibe mein persönliches Zeit- und Aufgabenmanagement mit einer Kombination aus digitalem Kalender, analogem Planer und E-Mail-Postfach – angepasst an meine neurodivergenten Bedürfnisse.
