Abstract: ZusammenfassungKommunikation ist neben Vertrauen die wichtigste Grundlage erfolgreicher Führung. Gleichzeitig ist das Thema sehr facettenreich, weshalb dieses Kapitel etwas umfangreicher als andere ist. Auch hier werden wissenschaftliche Grundlagen mit unterhaltsamen Beispielen verknüpft, um einfache Regeln und mehrere Prinzipien der Kommunikation für den Führungsalltag herauszuarbeiten und prägnant zu formulieren.
