Abstract: ZusammenfassungIn diesem Kapitel beschreibt das Buch eine – aus Sicht des Autors – zu wenig beachtete Kompetenz: nämlich die Fähigkeit, auch unter großer Anspannung in Ruhe Entscheidungen zu treffen und manchmal auch abzuwarten, wenn dies geboten ist. Es ist ein wissenschaftlich untermauertes Plädoyer gegen Aktionismus.
