Chapter Erstes Kapitel in Vorlesungen über Natürliche Geometrie, 1926, pp 1-20 from Springer

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Es seien M und M′ zwei Punkte einer ebenen Curve. Man halte M fest und lasse M′ längs der Curve nach M hinrücken. Wenn dabei die Gerade M M′ einer Grenzlage zustrebt, so erhält sie in dieser den Namen Tangente, und die in M auf der Tangente errichtete Senkrechte heisst die Normale der Curve in M.
