Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ein Geschäftsverkehr mit der Sowjetunion ist praktisch nur auf dem Wege über das Sowjethandelskommissariat möglich. Jeder Export nach der Sowjetunion, jeder Bezug aus Rußland muß durch die Hände des Handelskommissariats („Narkomtorg“), vertreten durch seine verschiedenen Organisationen im In- und Auslande, erfolgen.
