Abstract: Abstract e-Learning is an on-line education defined as the self paced or real time delivery of training and education over the internet to an end user device. In view of statistical education e-Learning has many advantages such as reduction of education cost, repeated learning, customized education, and self-paced learning. e-Learning system for Statistics Education has improved the lack of two-way communication and repetition, the main weakness of the existing media, TV, radio and written text. And it has extended the opportunity of learner by operating a variety of curriculum on the basis of e-learning. This paper describes the e-learning contents e-StatEdu for statistical education that anyone who wants to study could study anywhere, anytime with the internet and multimedia system. Those e-learning contents combine the e-lecture, e-book, simulation experiment, web link for reference, computer-aided tutor for statistical learning(CATS), self-evaluation system, and a statistical package for the practice of data analysis. Also the guideline and evaluation criteria of quality assurance of e-Learning contents was considered for each developing process of analysis & planning, design & development, implementation and evaluation.
