A chapter in Management of the Interconnected World, 2010, pp 455-462 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The paper presents a case study about the first introduction of the collaborative environment CoFFEE and its educational approach within the DAOSan Masters course in Leadership in Health-care Services. First, the pedagogical and technological aspects of CoFFEE-supported activities are presented. Then, the context of the DAOSan problem-solving-based approach is described. The case study of a training scenario is discussed, in order to draw a methodology fostering reflexivity, collaboration and situated learning in management training.
