Abstract: Auszug „Irren ist menschlich“, sagt das Sprichwort — und lässt uns dabei vergessen, dass auch Computer irren, also solche Maschinen, auf deren Zuverlässigkeit wir Menschen in besonderem Maße angewiesen sind. Ganz besonders fehleranfällig ist die Stelle, an der Computer mit Menschen kommunizieren oder umgekehrt.
