Chapter 3 in New Online Retailing, 2010, pp 92-186 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The next step is to determine generally accepted principles that can be defined as the success factors in online commerce. Success factors are those factors whose influence makes a decisive contribution to the success of an enterprise. (Patt 1988, p. 6 ff.). Our main focus here is why and how some online sellers succeed while others falter by failing to take advantage of existing potential.
