Abstract: Zusammenfassung Demographic change is a phenomena visible especially in western European countries and it means, in short the reversal of the population pyramid: the number of people over 50 is growing, while the younger generation, people up to 40 years get less. The pyramid that shows the age structure of the population is going to stand on its peak instead of having a broad and stable base. That this situation is not a really comfortable one is visible also in the picture of the pyramid without a base. Especially companies have to care for a possible danger potential coming from this situation.
