Chapter 5 in Business Model Management, 2011, pp 228-240 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Business model operation describes the operation of a business which is based on an integrated business model. It is the phase between the complete implementation of the business model and the point that marks the beginning of the adaptation or modification of the business model on which the business is based. Core processes are thereby added to the business model prototype which emerges from implementation. The business model is then transferred to the operational business.
