Abstract: Zusammenfassung Führung ist ein Praxisberuf. Führung ist keine Wissenschaft, sondern eine Kunst. Die Führungsausbildung ist deshalb nicht praxis-orientiert, sondern selbst Praxis. Das Ausbildungsziel ist nicht Wissenserwerb über gute und wirksame Führung, sondern deren Ausübung. Eine gute und wirksame Führungsausbildung ist nicht einfach nur in Ihre Berufsund Lebenspraxis integriert; vielmehr integriert sie alle verfügbaren Lern- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu etwas, das Datar und Garvin zurecht „Leadership Development Laboratories“ – Führungs-Lernlabore – und „,Being‘ Courses“ nennen.
