Abstract:
Abstract Global teams facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives within multinational corporations. Through their efforts in piloting strategic initiatives, they influence the adoption decision of global strategic initiatives. In this article, we will argue that the team’s piloting influences commitment to change among the subsidiaries following the initial pilot location through pilot goal setting and the formal and informal feedback mechanisms.
