Abstract: Abstract Learning is a key to transformation. Understanding the role of learning in an organization is very important for continuous growth and development. The learning organizations (LOs) are adaptive, quick, and flexible. There are different levels of learning that are determined by the level of complexities carried out in each task or operations. In this chapter, we have explained the levels of learning and types of complexity. Planning is the first step to lead a goal to action. We have discussed the role of corporate planning and corporate strategy as a key enabler for learning organizations in R&D.
