Abstract: Abstract Human being is naturally endowed with rationality. Decision-making is an important function which makes use of rationality. A person uses his five sensors for acquiring information and generating intuition and for developing his capacity for reasoning, cognition and learning. Knowledge about these elements can be traced even in the VedicVedic and post-VedicPost-Vedic period. It is possible to develop a simple linearly additive-mock model for learning and acquiring experience that will demonstrate how psychological factors synergistically accumulate to the decision-making processes. It will also show how psycho-kineticsPsycho-kinetics works to develop the kind of personality needed for decision-making and for acting on those decisions. It has to be accepted that truth is often covered with error, and it is necessary to know how truth can be reached. This problem was taken up by majority of philosophical texts. It is, therefore, important that the newly developed tools of decision-making under uncertainties, dependence and dynamismDynamism are identified and discussed.
