Chapter Chapter 6 in Optimal Covariate Designs, 2015, pp 89-111 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we consider the class of binary proper equireplicate block design (BPEBDs) where the number of blocks is a multiple of the number of treatments. This class covers the cyclic designs and a large class of BIBDs and PBIBDs and a host of others. It is to be mentioned that OCDs were previously constructed for a particular class of cyclic designs (see Chaps. 4 and 5 ). But a general method of construction of OCDs for a larger class of general cyclic designs has been proposed here. A list is also given in the appendix.
