Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden drei Fallstudien vorgestellt. Zwei der Fallstudien basieren auf der Fertigungsindustrie und die letzte auf einer dienstleistungsbasierten Industrie, bei der wir einen Fall zur Verbesserung des Kundenservice in Betracht gezogen haben. Alle DMAIC-bezogenen Prozessschritte sind klar angegeben und umgesetzt.
